Order through our secure website!
With our shopping cart, it is easy to order online. As you are browsing the products, make your selection by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can add or remove products as you wish. To complete your order, simply select the ‘checkout’ button and follow the steps. We will require your postage and payment details. You can purchase online with Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or AMEX.

Our website is secure with the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. This encrypts your order details to ensure that the information cannot be read when in transit.

Shipping Details and Delivery Costs

We provide fast delivery to anywhere in Sydney!

For orders over $200, delivery is free!

Your products are delivered by Toll Ipec Couriers. You can provide specific delivery directions* for when you are not at home, avoiding the need to collect your package from the local post office. However, they do not deliver to Postal Boxes. Once we send your products you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Within the Sydney region, most deliveries are made the next day.

* Please consider your suggested delivery point carefully. Unsecure delivery points may not retain insurance. Work addresses are a good alternative.

^ Please note that deliveries with Australia Post are not insured.

Payment Methods

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard and AMEX through our secure online payment system.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.

Product Availability

We endeavour to have all the products you request in stock. Some products, such as paints, we do not always have in stock. Where relevant, this is specified in the product description. You will be contacted within 1 working day if there will be any delays to your order.

Healthy Habitat respects your privacy. We collect the information required to fulfil your order and use your information only for purposes related to the services we provide. We hold your information with the utmost care and security and we do not sell or exchange our customers’ details.

Cookies

We do not use cookies to retrieve personal information. To shop, you need to have the cookies option on your browser turned on. If you receive an email newsletter from us, it is because you registered for our newsletter or have ordered from us previously. If you would prefer to receive no more email newsletters, please email us with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

All products remain the property of Healthy Habitat until they have been paid for by you. We are not required to deliver until payment has been received in full.

We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We have carefully selected these products however if you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item unopened within 10 days and we will provide a full product refund (delivery costs excluded).

For any damaged products, please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will provide you a full refund.

Packaging

We endeavour to provide healthy and environmental packaging. We use recycled cardboard boxes and Green Pak fill (made from cornstarch and thus can be thrown in your garden or compost) and we reuse bubble wrap when received. Our gift boxes and containers are made from natural (totally chlorine free) recycled board, untreated Australian plantation pine timber and, natural seagrass from China. The other components used are wood wool from untreated Australian plantation pine timber, raffia (a natural fibre) and cellophane (a natural paper made from cellulose).

We provide a range of gift packs. We are also happy to gift wrap other items where desired. Please contact us with your specific request.
